Secure your special day with PKA Photography’s “Save Your Date” retainer. For just $200, you can lock in our photography services for your wedding day and lock the price. The retainer is nonrefundable, but it will be applied towards your total balance. Plus, you have the flexibility to use the retainer anytime between 2024 and 2025. Contact us today to learn more about our wedding packages before you sign the agreement. Once you confirm the package, we will share with you the agreement and invoice via email. The "session duration" is just a median hour for events, please don't worry about the duration, we will have everything clarified in your agreement. Clients should confirm the wedding package before the engagement shoot, or 3 month prior to the wedding, whichever comes first. We offer complimentary reschedule once, we will charge $100 per reschedule from the 2nd time. Terms of Service: Booking Fee: Clients agree to pay a one-time booking fee to reserve and secure Photographer's/Videographer’s Services (the “Booking Fee”) in the amount of $200 upon signing this Agreement. The Booking Fee is non-refundable in any event and will be applied toward the Total Amount Due described in Schedule A of Service Agreement. Terms of Service: Booking Fee: Clients agree to pay a one-time booking fee to reserve and secure Photographer's/Videographer’s Services (the “Booking Fee”) in the amount of $200 upon signing this Agreement. The Booking Fee is non-refundable in any event and will be applied toward the Total Amount Due described in Schedule A of Service Agreement. Reschedule: After the Date of the appointment is confirmed, Photographer agrees to offer one complimentary reschedule. Any additional reschedule will incur a charge of $100 rescheduling fee for each reschedule. Unless the Photographer agrees otherwise, no rescheduling request can be accommodated if the request is made within 7 days prior to the then confirmed date of the appointment. Payment terms: Option 1: Pay 30% of the Total Amount Due, Due 7 days prior to the Engagement Session ( or 3 months prior to the Wedding, whichever comes first); Pay the rest of the Total Amount Due, Due 7 days prior to the Wedding Session . Option 2: Monthly payment on the date you prefer. ( more details will be in your agreement)
