Failure to download or select photos within the specified time frame will be considered a waiver of the right to post-processing services, including, but not limited to High-Quality Retouching and other related services. In case the Client fails to download the files, including raw images, edited images, videos, and other media, within the specified time frame, Photographer will not be held responsible for any loss of the files and reserves the right to delete them. [Revisions]: Photography Revisions - After receiving edited photos, Client shall have a two-week period to make a request for revisions with clear feedback and instructions. Photographer agrees to accommodate two such revision requests made within one month without charge, whichever comes first. Videography Revisions - After receiving the edited video, Client shall have a two-week period to make a request for revisions with clear feedback and instructions. Photographer agrees to accommodate one revision request made within this period without charge. Any additional revisions beyond the limit or after the time limit shall be subject to additional charges.
