2hrs coverage, Wedding officiant service includes paperwork filed ---- Customized vows, Deliver ALL images( >200) color corrected images (AI correction) within 24 hours, 20 high quality retouching photos (edited by Photoshop), Online gallery with all the retouched photos 30% off coupon for all the prints (albums, crystals, fine art print photos...) [Terms of Service]: Booking Fee: Clients agree to pay a one-time booking fee to reserve and secure Photographer's/Videographer’s Services (the “Booking Fee”) in the amount of $200 upon booking online or signing agreement. The Booking Fee is non-refundable in any event and will be applied toward the Total Amount Due described in Schedule A of Service Agreement. [Reschedule]: After the Date of the appointment is confirmed, PKA Photography agrees to offer one complimentary reschedule. Any additional reschedule will incur a charge of $100 rescheduling fee for each reschedule. [Turnaround Time]: - Raw & AI-Corrected Color Images: within 24 hours. - Edited/Retouched/ Photos: approximately 4 weeks. The turnaround time provided herein is our best estimate and not a guarantee. We will do its best for the prompt delivery. Raw Footage: within 48 hours after receive the hard drive from client. Video: approximately 8 weeks [Format for Delivery]: [FORMAT AND MEDIA FOR PHOTOGRAPHS]: Dropbox link or online gallery [FORMAT AND MEDIA FOR VIDEO]: Dropbox link or hard drive Upon delivery of the unedited images, Client will have a period of thirty (30) days to download and select the photos for post-processing. [Revisions]: Photography Revisions - After receiving edited photos, Client shall have a two-week period to make a request for revisions with clear feedback and instructions. Photographer agrees to accommodate two such revision requests made within one month without charge, whichever comes first. Videography Revisions - After receiving the edited video, Client shall have a two-week period to make a request for revisions with clear feedback and instructions. Photographer agrees to accommodate one revision request made within this period without charge. Any additional revisions beyond the limit or after the time limit shall be subject to additional charges.
