For clients requesting to re-open a completed project for additional retouching, album design, or print orders after the complimentary two-week (14-day) revision window defined in the Photography Services Agreement.
Description:
If your project has passed the complimentary 14-day revision window and you would like to request additional edits, album or print updates, or other post-production adjustments, this service re-opens your project within our workflow. It allows our team to retrieve archived files, reintegrate them into editing software, and process your new requests efficiently.
Policy (Aligned with Client Agreement):
Standard Revision Window:
Clients have 14 days after receiving their edited photos or videos to request revisions with clear feedback and instructions.
Photos:
Up to two complimentary revisions may be requested within one month, whichever comes first.
The first revision request must be submitted in writing within 14 days of receiving the edited or retouched photos.Videos:
One complimentary revision is included within two weeks of delivery.
Any revision requests beyond these limits or after the applicable time frame are subject to additional editing fees.
Beyond the Complimentary Period:
Requests submitted after the revision window or beyond the included limit are subject to the Project Re-Open Fee.Applies to Projects: 1–30 days past the original revision window.
For projects 31-60 days past the original revision window: Please contact the PKA Team first to confirm file availability.Rates: $3 per photo or a flat project-based fee, depending on scope.
Fees may increase up to double for extended storage recovery or large-scale re-integration work.Projects Over 60 Days Past Due:
Generally require a new editing order instead of re-opening.File Retention:
After 365 days, all files—including raw and edited materials—are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Note:
Re-opening covers workflow reintegration, file restoration, and editing labor. It does not include re-shooting, replacement of deleted files, or guaranteed recovery of all data.
