This fee applies when a client requests access to their project between 30 and 180 days after the original delivery window. As outlined in our policy, clients have 30 days to download and select their images for post-processing. Failure to do so waives post-processing services such as retouching, gallery hosting, thank-you card design, albums, and prints. After 30 days, unedited and edited files may be archived or removed from active storage.
 
If a project needs to be re-opened within 30–180 days, a $3 per photo fee or a flexible project-based fee will be charged to cover the time and resources needed for data recovery and reintegration into our workflow.
 
For requests made after 180 days, recovery may still be possible, but fees may double due to increased labor and reduced file availability.
 
Please note:
After 365 days, all files—including raw images—are permanently deleted and cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
