How We Work

First, we will have a consultation to figure out what photography session best fits your needs and how much time we will need to make your vision come to life. 

 

Next, we will find a date and time that works for us both, once our date is reserved. I will accept payment for your photography/ video needs. 

 

On the day of our shoot, your session will start at exactly the time we schedule. If we need extra time for shooting ( if time permits) we can accept payment for extra hours. We suggest you book the time you anticipate needing in advance in case our calendar is already pre-booked.

 

You will receive a dropbox link or by airdrop to ALL the photos that day that are the perfect size and resolution for social media (small size). You can select up to 5 photos for an hour session that will be edited within 2 weeks. You can print these photos as large as you would like and will have no loss of detail. 

 

Your full-size photos will be kept available for 30 days if you decide you would like to select more photos for editing. 

 

Note the edited photos will be full-size full resolution images. We also offer photo printing and framing options as well, inquire about pricing. 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be written and approved  before 24 hours to receive a partial refund (80% refund), and cancellation before 24 hours will be considered a no-show.

 

The client must be on time for the booking of an appointment, time of the appointment starts exactly the time arranged unless other arrangements are made.  

 

If the appointment is one hour for example and the booking goes over an hour an additional hour will be added and need to be paid before any additional services are rendered. 

 

Any inclement weather, transportation issues, or illness, will be assessed by PKA Photo and deemed whether this is acceptable terms of cancellation and/ or reschedule. 

 

PKA Photo reserves the right to cancel appointments that do not meet our requirements.
